Sync issues with streaming services

When syncing with my Disney plus account the shows import fairly well (some gaps with random episodes being selected as watched but others not) however all of the episodes watch date and time are the time I pressed the sync button in wetrakr. I've done this a few times now and always get the same outcome.

Also prime seems to sync then fail and nothing imports and then says reconnect
