episodes not catalogued
Trying to import trakt data and receiving the episodes not catalogued for a bunch of them. The information states to check TMDB since it’s an error or missing there. They are actually there (confirmed) and trakt also used TMDB for import so if it’s there it should be here (i would think). Could I please get some assistance in figuring this out. Thanks.
Trakt Import "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')"
Hi, I’m trying to import a Trakt export so I can fully move over to WeTrakr. I have successfully imported an export from Trakt before. When I try to import, it loads the initial import options correctly. I can choose what to bring in and how to import it (e.g. only bring new items). However, when I select the import mode and it starts to import, it gives me the error message “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')”. I have tried hard refreshing multiple times, importing in another instance of the browser, turning browser add-ons off, turning my VPN off, renaming the export, redownloading the export, and different combinations of import options. I get the same message each time. I’m using Chrome. Thanks!
Movies in calander and upcoming
Movies in calendar and upcoming not showing up. When a movie is in my planning it shows up both in upcoming and and calendar but ive found that some times the movie doesn’t show up one of the menus. It might show up for calendar but not upcoming or it shows up in upcoming but not calendar.
Trankt import fails
I was able to connect my account, but as soon as I click “import” the import dialog disappears.
Plex sync not marking episodes as watched
Episode shows up in Now Watching but is being marked on pause in the Next Episode section instead of being updated as watched when finished. Tried using the custom and plex’s threshold to mark as watched. It will work for an episode here and there but mostly not.
Jellyfin plugin should have scheduled task for on-demand sync of watched items outside of scrobbling
Live scrobbling doesn’t always cover all scenarios, which why I am requesting for there to be an option to make the Jellyfin plugin send everything you’ve watched to Wetrakr at some given interval. I recently watched a show. At the time of doing so, for said show TMDB had only listed one episode, while its broadcaster had released three episodes via their VOD service. (It would be broadcast simultaneously on broadcast TV.) For the second and third episode, Wetrakr disregarded the scrobbles because TMDB hadn’t been updated, and thus Wetrakr had no entry for them either. The Trakt plugin also did the same. However, with the Trakt plugin, my watched times for those episodes ended up being counted later, because when TMDB updated their site and Trakt updated their records for the show, the “Export library to trakt” Scheduled Task provided by the plugin sent the watched timestamps for those episodes to Trakt. The Wetrakr plugin has nothing like that. Thanks.
When playing multi-episode files, only one episode scrobbles
I’m using Jellyfin to scrobble. Server version 10.11.11, WeTrakr plugin version 0.1.23.0. When I play a TV Show item which encapsulates multiple episodes in one file (per Jellyfin docs) e.g. `Shows/Series Name A (2010)/Season 01/Series Name A S01E01-E02.mkv`, only S01E01 gets scrobbled. In this instance, both S01E01 and S01E02 should have been scrobbled.
Jellyfin plugin should let me pick libraries to scrobble/sync
I have multiple libraries but i want to only scrobble movies and tvshows for example
Latest watch not showing up in Tracking > Watched
The latest watch for Arlington Road isn’t appearing in my watched history. This was automatically marked as watched through the Jellyfin plugin. I did notice that whilst I was watching it, it never appeared in the ‘now playing’ section, not sure if that has anything to do with this bug, or helps with investigating it.
Exporting from Wetrakr to trakt screws up start watching/continue watching lists.
I was testing Wetrakr for a week and was trying to send back my data to trakt, but it screws up the lists for continue watching/start watching, and watchlists. I believe it takes all the lists and just says “ive watched them all” and marks them as complete when it transfers back to trakt. I used to CSV option and uploaded the watchlogs. very disappointing cause i dont wanna go through all the marked as completed items and fix them. I think there were around 100-150 items.
Syncing for netflix, prime and disney not working.
they’re all connected however at first they were saying there was nothing to add. then disney started working but added views from another account and now i cant undo it :( it’s added over 60 episodes and i can only see a few of them. is there a way to undo a specific sync?
Simkl Anime seasons are stored as separate and don't work well when imported.
Probably due to how they store it as separate titles and not seasons under one show.
Recent Activity Stremio connection scrobble
https://api.wetrakr.com/stremio/2d29e1491471ce23c4b28b7b8a307935f1ff07532c0e480ae0e04fca1272458c/manifest.json This addon - I didn’t know if this was an error or not. It always lists and displays two duplicates of every show I watch. One duplicate says “Watched”, while the other duplicate says “Error”. The time shown is correct according to the scrobbles. Just the fact that duplicates are pulled up on every watch. Unless I don’t know how to use this Add-on. Needs some looking into.
SIMKL import loses rewatch history and watch dates
When importing my data from SIMKL into WeTrakr using the OAuth method and not the file upload, I noticed that movies and shows with multiple watches/rewatches are not importing their full watch history. For example, if an item has been watched multiple times in SIMKL, WeTrakr only creates a single history entry after the import. That entry also shows the watch date as “Unknown date”. Expected behavior: All individual watch/rewatch history entries from SIMKL should be imported. The original watch date for each history entry should be preserved. Actual behavior: Only one history entry is created. Previous rewatches are missing. The successfully imported history entries has an “Unknown Date”. This effectively causes the existing rewatch history and watch dates from SIMKL to be lost during the import.
Rewatch Import / Tracking Status
Hi. I had a few shows listed as rewatch status on Trakt; however, status is showing as Watched so the show does not show up under Next Episodes but it has all the rewatch history. Do I need to re-import? Or could I just update the rewatched start date and it will include all the history to show the current next episode? Also, are the rewatch hours included in Stats?
Wrong last watched date for shows
The problem is on https://wetrakr.com/profile/tracking/watched I import from Trakt. All imported shows shows (lol) the import date as the day I finished the show. The history is correct tho.
