Simkl Import Sometimes Incorrectly Marks Anime Seasons as Completed

I've noticed an issue during Simkl import where some anime seasons are incorrectly marked as Completed.

This seems to happen when a new season hasn't been added to the user's Simkl list, but individual episodes from that season have been marked as watched.

Instead of importing only the watched episode information, the import sometimes marks the entire season as Completed.

Expected behaviour:

Only episodes that are actually watched should be marked as watched.

If a season hasn't been added to the Simkl list, it shouldn't automatically be marked as Completed

Actual behaviour:

Some seasons are imported as Completed even though they haven't been added to the Simkl list and only individual episodes have been marked as watched.

Testing:

I've only observed this with Anime, not Series. Specials don't seem to be affected, although this hasn't been fully confirmed.

Could you check whether the import is confusing episode-level watch history with the overall completion status of a season?
