Discover Top Rated returns junk movie "EARLY STREAM!" as #1

Hi,

On GET /discover/toprated?filter_type=movie&page=1&limit=20 the first result is not a real film:

title: EARLY STREAM!

type: movie

WeTrakr id: 1638448

TMDB: 1741278

IMDb: tt38770727

rating: 9.9 / ~26198 votes (weighted_rating ~9.89)

no release_date

Clients that render this feed show a dead row (no year/meta, nothing playable). The rest of the page looks like normal titles (e.g. The Red Bag, etc.).

This looks like catalog spam / a placeholder that should not rank in Top Rated. Can you filter or demote titles like this on the API side?
