Country preference in settings is also applied in lists despite selecting different countries in filter

Right now, if we create a list and apply a certain country in the filter, the filter also takes notes of the country preference of the profile.

For example, if I set my country to United Kingdom and then create a list with united states in filter, only 23 movies are retrieved.

But I change my country to US and use the same filters, 142 movies are retrieved
