Basically due to design flaw in Keep poster clean on hover option on
https://wetrakr.com/profile/settings/itemlayout, when hovering on now playing entries, it prioritize poster zoom than keeping it as is to be able to tap on clearing the progress.
I do believe that the hover behavior should be overruled only for now playing cards
