Add the capability to exclude a Jellyfin library from the WeTrakr plugin.

For example, I have a Jellyfin library with recordings of NFL games that I know cannot be tracked, therefore I would like to include that library from th WeTrakr plugin.

As an example, the RK Simkl Scrobbler plugin allows selecting libraries to never scrobble from.
