Add a "Pending Content Removals" section for user-tracked items

On top of just doing email notifications for content removals I think it would be very helpful to have a dedicated section on the site showing content that the user has interacted with (e.g., tracked statuses, ratings, reviews, or list entries) that is scheduled for removal soon.

Reasoning on why it’d be a good idea:

• Notification Backup: Users who don't check their emails regularly might miss removal warnings or read them too late.

• Proactive Corrections: Having a central dashboard view lets users easily review affected entries and remap or correct their watch history/lists to updated content beforehand.
